Chief Administrative Officer Needed to Lead Care Facility

A forward-thinking inpatient addiction medicine facility in the far north Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is searching for a chief administrative officer (CAO) eager to lead a team of dozens of clinicians and support staff to help those with addiction.

This position is ideal for a healthcare executive or senior director ready to take the next step in his or her career as the top administrator of a facility that provides critical services to patients and families in desperate need of help. Having outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills are critical components of this job and helping the special patient population this facility serves. 

About the CAO Position

  • Daily responsibilities include strategy and operational oversight of therapy pathways, as well as all staffing (clinical and non-clinical) and all aspects of facility operations.
  • The chosen candidate will have corporate operational support as needed/requested.
  • Salary depends on level of experience, but is extremely competitive.
  • You do not have to have a background in addiction medicine to apply, but experience managing/interfacing with clinical staff is greatly preferred. 

About the Facility
This is a customer service-focused facility serving patients who are typically highly successful individuals but battling addiction. The average length of stay is 45 days with an average daily census of 26 patients.
